Crispy Boneless Skinless Chicken

This is the only way that I fry chicken and I use boneless, skinless chicken with olive oil.

Ingredients

  • 4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1 cup Italian Bread Crumbs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 - 2 Tbsp garlic salt
  • 1 Tbsp Nature's Seasons
  • 2 - 3 eggs
  • Olive Oil

Preparation

Step 1

Add olive oil to a large skillet, just enough to cover the bottom of the skillet, and apply MEDIUM-HIGH heat to the skillet. Mix all of the dry ingredients together in a medium-sized bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs together to make an egg wash. Thaw the chicken breasts and dip the each side of the chicken breasts in the egg wash to coat the chicken. Place the dipped chicken breasts into the dry ingredient mixture and flip the chicken over to coat both sides. Cook the chicken breasts in the skillet for 7 - 10 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is no longer pink in the center. I serve the chicken with mashed potatoes and a vegetable.
