Corn Dip

The combination of onion, jalapeños, and Colby & Jack cheeses makes this for a superb dip recipe.

Ingredients
- Two 11 oz. cans White Shoe Peg Corn, drained
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 lb. Colby & Jack Grated Cheese
- 4 – 7 jalapeños, seeded and finely chopped (optional)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Fritos OR Tortilla Chips
Preparation
Step 1
In a medium bowl, mix all the ingredients, *EXCEPT the chips*, together. Serve the dip with Fritos or Tortilla Chips.
