Pumpkin Donut Balls

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup pumpkin
- 3 1/2 cups flour
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Mix the sugar, oil, eggs, and pumpkin in a large bowl. Beat well.
Stir together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt.
Add to the sugar mixture alternately with the evaporated milk, beating well after each addition.
Add the vanilla.
Heat some oil in a pan or a deep fryer (300 degrees)
Drop tablespoons of batter in the oil for about1 1/2 minutes per side
Drain and roll in a mixutre of cinnamon sugar or powdered confectioners sugar
