- Ketchup
- Mustard
- Salt & pepper
- Hamburger buns

Step 1
1. Preheat broiler – rack 4-6 inches below
2. In a bowl, thoroughly mix meat, ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper. (to taste: very thick paste)
3. Make “patties” from mixture and place/spread on ½ buns.
