Ingredients

  • Crumb topping:
  • 4 c. flour
  • 1-1/2 c. sugar
  • 5 t. baking powder
  • 1-1/2 t. salt
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1-1/2 c. milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 cups fresh or frozen (thawed and drained) blueberries
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2/3 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. butter (1 stick)
  • 1/2 t. cinnamon, ground
  • Mix all ingredients til crumbly.

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 375 deg. Grease 9 x 13 pan.

Blend flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, shortening, milk and egg; beat 30 seconds.

Carefully stir in blueberries.

Spread batter in pan; sprinkle with Crumb topping.
