Butter Cream Icing

Ingredients

• 2 pounds powdered sugar
• 1 1/2 cups vegetable shortening
• 1/2 cup cake flour
• 1/2 cup water- measure accurately
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 1/2 tsp flavoring of your choice

Put all ingredients in a mixer and blend- mix at a low speed.
