Ingredients
- CRUST
- 3 c flour
- 3/4 c sugar
- 2 1/2 t BP
- 1/8 t salt>>mix
- 2/3 c butter>>cut in (pea size)
- 2 eggs
- 1 t vanilla
- 3 T milk
- 1/2 t lemon zest>>Mix, stir in to flour mixture.
- Let dough rest in the frig.
- STREUSEL TOPPING
- 1/2 c flour
- 1/4 c brown sugar
- 1/2 t cinn
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/3 c chopped hazelnuts
- 1 t lemon zest>>>mix
- 3 T butter>cut in. Set aside.
- FILLING
- 1 c sugar
- 1/4 c flour
- 1 t cinn
- 1/2 t nutmeg>>>mix, then combine w/ plums.
- 5 c sliced plums>>Stir gently.

Cooking time 55mins
Preparation
Step 1
Roll out pie crust & put in 9" pan.
Trim & flute edges.
Pour in filling.
Cover with streussel topping.
Bake 45-55 min @ 375.
