- 1 Package Chicken Thighs
- 1/2 Cup Flour
- 1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1 Can Sliced Pineapple
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 2 Tbsp Corn Starch
- 1/4 Cup Cider Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1/4 tsp Ginger
- 1 Chicken Bullion Cube
- 1 Large Green Bell Pepper, Sliced

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Wash and pat dry chicken. Coat with flour. Heat oil in a large skillet and brown chicken on all sides. Arrange skin side up in a shallow glass baking dish. Season with salt & pepper.
Drain syrup from pineapples. Add water to make 1 1/4 cups. In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, corn starch, syrup, vinegar, soy sauce, ginger, and bullion cube. Boil, stirring occasionally, for 2 minutes. Pour over chicken.
Bake uncovered 30 minutes. Add fruit and pepper and bake 30 minutes longer.
