Sweet Potato Corn Sticks (wb)

Ingredients

• 1 1/4 c flour
• 1 c yellow cornmeal
• 2 1/2 t BP
• 1 t salt >>>>>>mix
• 4 T butter>>cut in w/ pastry blender>coarse crumbs
• 2 med sweet potatoes (12oz), fork tender
• 1 1/4 c milk
• 1/3 c packed brown sugar>>mash till smooth
• 1 egg>>>stir in, then stir all into flour mixture
• Pour into greased 11x7 tin.Bake at 400 for 15 min.
• Cool 5 min. Serve warm.
