Ingredients
- 1 1/4 c flour
- 1 c yellow cornmeal
- 2 1/2 t BP
- 1 t salt >>>>>>mix
- 4 T butter>>cut in w/ pastry blender>coarse crumbs
- 2 med sweet potatoes (12oz), fork tender
- 1 1/4 c milk
- 1/3 c packed brown sugar>>mash till smooth
- 1 egg>>>stir in, then stir all into flour mixture
- Pour into greased 11x7 tin.Bake at 400 for 15 min.
- Cool 5 min. Serve warm.
