Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 c pretzels, crushed to size of broken pecans
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 3/4 c melted butter
  • 1 large pkg strawberry Jell-o
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 lb frozen strawberries
  • 8 oz pkg cream cheese
  • 3/4 c sugar
  • 9 oz cool whip

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350.
Mix together pretzels, brown sugar, and melted butter.
Pat into 13 x 9 pan.
Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
While crust is baking, mix then refrigerate Jell-o with boiling water.
Stir in frozen strawberries until melted.
Chill.
With beater, whip cream cheese (at room temperature), sugar, and cool whip.
Spread on cooled crust.
Top with strawberry mixture.
Chill until set.
