Ingredients
- Pork Chops
- 3 cups of dry dressing
- 2 tbs. chopped onion
- 1/4 cup melted margarine
- 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/3 cup water
Preparation
Step 1
Grease a shallow pan and then place pork chops, side down, so that all chops hit pan. Combine dry dressing, onion, melted margarine, poultry seasoning and water. Mix ingredients and saute in pan. Place the stuffing over the chops.
Blend the mushroom soup and water and cook at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours, covered.
