Rosemary Cashews

Ingredients

  • 1 lb roasted, unsalted cashews
  • 2 T minced fresh rosemary leaves
  • 1/2 t cayenne pepper
  • 2 t light brown sugar
  • 1 T kosher salt (leave out if using salted cashews)
  • 1 T melted unsalted butter (can use salted)

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350
Put nuts on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake til warm (5 minutes); may need to turn
Combine other ingredients in bowl while nuts baking.
Mix warm nuts with other ingredients.
Serve warm.
