Worcestershire or Soy
-Brush dirt off of mushroom. -If using small mushrooms, keep whole, if large cut into quarters. -Melt butter in frying pan, add mushrooms and let them start to cook...don't move them around. -Once the pan is less crowded and the mushrooms have cooked down a bit, start to season them to taste. -As a matter of preference, the cooking time will vary. Less time for plump...but sometimes we like them more chewy and almost crisp.
