Taco Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 pound hamburger, fried and drained
  • 2 cups iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • 1 large tomato, diced
  • 1 cup mozzarella or cheddar, shredded
  • 1 300g Doritos, zesty cheese chips, crushed
  • 1 250ml ranch salad dressing

Preparation

Step 1

Fry hamburger and drain well or rinse hot water to remove most of the fat.
Mix all ingredients right before serving. Add as much of the dressing as desired.
