• Onion
• Celery
• Instant Stuffing (stove top)
• 1 pkg frozen spinach
• sausage
• Parmesan cheese
• mushrooms

Step 1

Melt butter in a pan. Brown onions, celery in that pan. Add water (per the box of stuffing) then add stuffing mix and cook completely. Add spinach (thawed and drained) sausage and parmesan cheese then stuff the mushrooms. lay on cookie sheet, sprinkle with more cheese.
Cook at 400 degrees for 10=15 minutes.
