Ingredients
- 3 ribs celery, chopped
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
- 1/2 Cup water
- 1 (8 oz.) bag of noodles
- 2 (10.5 oz.) cans condensed Tomato Soup
- 1 soup can of water
- Sliced or grated American cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Cook celery & onion in oil until tender. Remove from skillet & set aside.
Cook ground beef with 1/2 Cup of water, stirring to break up the lumps, until meat is no longer pink.
Cook noodles in boiling, salted water for 3 minutes. Drain & rinse. Add to the beef, along with the celery & onion.
Stir in the tomato soup and soup can of water. Transfer mixture to a 9x13 inch baking pan or a casserole dish. Top with cheese. Cover with foil & bake at 350* for 30 minutes.
Remove foil & continue baking until cheese is lightly browned.
