Grape Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. red seedless grapes
  • 2 lbs. white seedless grapes
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1/2 Cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • Light brown sugar
  • Chopped walnuts or pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Remove stems from all grapes & wash. Dry thoroughly. Set aside.

Mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Pour over grapes & mix together.

Let salad sit overnight in refrigerator. Next morning, sprinkle with light brown sugar over top generously (not solid). Add chopped nuts.
