Noodles and Kraut

Ingredients

  • 1 package sauerkraut
  • 2 onions, cut into ½ moon slices
  • extra wide egg noodles
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

1. cook and drain the noodles very well and pat dry with a paper towel

2. fry onions and kraut in oil over med-high heat until the onions are really brown

3. combine everything and season with salt and pepper
