Ingredients
- 1-1/2 lb flank steak, sliced on the diagonal
- 1/4 C soy sauce
- 2 T vinegar
- 1-1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1 finely chopped green onion
- 3 t hone
- 1-1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 3/4 C salad oil

Step 1
Mix together marinade ingredients and marinate steak 3-4 hours or overnight. Grill over glowing charcoal 5 min on each side or until done.
