Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tube Pillsbury Pizza Crust
  • 1/2 lb sliced pepperoni
  • 8 oz grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp onion flakes
  • 1/4 c grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400.
Brush cookie sheet with olive oil.
Roll dough out to edges of sheet.
Place pepperoni slices in crosswise rows on dough, leaving 1/2 inch boarder.
Sprinkle with mozzarella, garlic powder, basil, oregano, and onion.
Top with parmesan cheese.
Starting at short end, roll up in jelly roll fashio and turn seam side down on sheet.
Brush with egg.
Cut crosswise slits on top of dough.
Bake at 400 until golden brown (about 25 minutes).
