Savoy Cabbage Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 large head cabbage, shredded
  • Lots of green onion, chopped
  • Boil 1 minute & cool: 2 Tbsp. soy sauce, 3 Cups oil, 1/3 Cup sugar & 1/4 Cup vinegar.
  • 2 pkgs. Ramen noodles, broken (any flavor-include seasoning).
  • 2 Tbsp. butter. Saute noodles in butter.
  • 1/4 Cup sesame seeds & 1/2 Cup almonds, toasted

toss all ingredients together just before serving.
