Ingredients

  • 6 oz. long grain & wild rice
  • 2 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
  • 2 1/4 Cup water
  • 1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 6 oz. cream cheese - cubed

Preparation

Step 1

Butter large casserole. Combine rice, mustard, salt in casserole. Cook spinach, water, mushrooms, onion, butter. Bring to a boil. Pour over rice. Cover tightly with foil or lid.
Bake 30 minutes at 375*. Stir in cheese. Bake additional 15-20 minutes uncovered.
