Ingredients

    oz. long grain & wild rice

  • 2

    tsp. prepared mustard

  • ½

    tsp. salt

  • 1

    pkg. frozen chopped spinach

  • Cup water

  • ½

    lb. sliced mushrooms

  • 2

    Tbsp. butter

  • 6

    oz. cream cheese - cubed

Directions

Butter large casserole. Combine rice, mustard, salt in casserole. Cook spinach, water, mushrooms, onion, butter. Bring to a boil. Pour over rice. Cover tightly with foil or lid. Bake 30 minutes at 375*. Stir in cheese. Bake additional 15-20 minutes uncovered.
