Ingredients
- 2 cups peanut butter
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 lb (4-1/2 cups) sifted powdered sugar
- 3 cups rice krispy cereal
- 4 (6-oz) cups semisweet chocolate pieces
Preparation
Step 1
In saucepan, melt peanut butter. Add butter. In large bowl, combine powdered sugar and and cereal. Pour peanut mixture over cereal mixture. Blend together with hands.
Form into 1/2-inch balls. Spread into single layer on cookie sheet. Chill until firm.
Melt chocolate pieces in double boiler.
Dip candy pieces in melted chocolate. Place on cookie sheets that have been lined with wax paper and let stand until chocolate coating is firm.
