Ingredients
- 3 medium boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- Dash of pepper
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp. grated onion
- 1 bay leaf
- 12 slices deli ham

Preparation
Step 1
Cut each chicken breast lengthwise into 4 strips, making 12 strips. Combine flour, salt, pepper, oregano, thyme. Coat chicken with mixture. Brown in large skillet in butter until golden. Add broth, onion & bay leaf.
Cover, simmer 20 minutes or until tender. Remove bay leaf.
Remove chicken & wrap each piece in ham. Fasten with pick. Put chicken back into skillet. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Serve with sauce on each.
Serve with rice (and peas, if desired)
