Breakfast on the Run

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup 1% cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup fruit cocktail, canned, own juice
  • 1/4 cup Cheddar cheese, low fat, shredded
  • 1 pita bread, whole wheat
  • 2 lettuce leaves

Preparation

Step 1

Stir together first 3 ingredients. Cut across top of pita. Fill pita with lettuce and cottage cheese mixture.
