  • 1 1/2 lb. clean deveined shrimp
  • 1/3 Cup butter
  • 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 1/2 Cup sour cream
  • Salt & pepper
  • 2 tsp. soy sauce
  • paprika

Preparation

Step 1

Saute mushrooms 5 minutes. Add shrimp and saute additional 3 minutes, turning once.
In small skillet, heat sour cream to boiling point. Season to taste. Add soy sauce and a generous amount of paprika for a rich, pink tint.
Combine both mixtures. Blend well & cook gently until sauce is thick and smooth.

*Best served over white rice.
**Options: Divide into individual ramikins, sprinkle with grated cheese and glaze under broiler.
