Ingredients
- 12 Pimentos, nice sized - about 3 pints
- 1 Tbsp. Dry Mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 Cup Vinigar
- 1 Cup Sugar
- Salt to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Remove seeds from Pimentos, put through food chopper. Combine all ingredients, boil for 20 minutes.
Put into sterile jars and seal..
Use Velveeta Cheese, at room temp., and mash with fork or use food chopper. Add as much of the pimento sandwich spread as desired.
(1 pint for 4 lbs spread, 1/2 cup for 1 lb spread)
