Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh lump crabmeat
- 2 limes, zest grated
- 5 or 6 TB mayonnaise
- sea salt
- white pepper
- lettuce leaves or thinly sliced cucumbers, for garnish
Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl, combine crabmeat, lime zest, and enough mayo to evenly coat the crab. Taste for seasoning. Arrange a layer of lettuce leaves or cucumbers on 4 salad plates. Mound the crabmeat atop the garnish. Serve.
