Glazed Cornish Hens

• 1/4 cup apple jelly, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and 2 cornish hens

preheat oven 350.combine apple jelly and cinnamon in saucepan, heat stirring until melted.set aside. place hens skin up in roasting pan, sprinkle with salt. roast in oven 20 min. brush with mixture and roast 25-30 min or until browned and tender.
