White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 t. vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 (12 oz) White Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup macadamia nuts, chopped
  • 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 t. baking soda
  • 3/4 tsp. salt

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat Oven: 350 degrees

1. Combine: flour, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl. Set to the side.

2. Beat: butter until creamy. Add brown sugar beat again. Scape down sides of the bowl. Add sugar. Beat until fluffy.

3. Add: eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.

4. Add: vanilla, scrape sides again.

5. On low speed add flour mixture two cups at a time.

6. Last stir in white chocolate chips and macadamia nuts.
