Dip: Cheesy Tamale Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 (1 lb) package Velveeta, cubed
  • 1 (10 oz) can Ro-Tel tomatoes, udrained
  • 1 can beef tamales, wrapping removed, chopped
  • 1 can chili with beans
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

In a large nonstick saucepan or a slow cooker, melt
Velveeta cubes. Add remaining ingrediets and heat
thoroughly.

Serve with tortilla chips.

Great for nachos!
