Ingredients
- 1 pork tenderloin
- 3 Tbsp.seasoned bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 tsp. oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, chopped

Preparation
Step 1
1. Cut tenderloin into 8 slices. Place each slice on its cut surface and flatten with heel of hand to 1/2" thickness.
2. Combine crumbs, cheese, salt & pepper. Dredge pork slices to coat.
3. Heat oil over medium-low heat in heavy skillet. Add pork and distribute onions & garlic around pork.
4. Cook slowly 5 minutes, turn and cook slowly 4-5 minutes more.
