Ingredients
- 5 cups flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 1/2 c crisco
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp. vinegar

Preparation
Step 1
Place flour and salt in large bowl.
Add crisco and cut in until consistency is crumb like
Place egg and vinegar in a measuring cup, add enough water to measure 1 cup. Then beat egg and pour into flour mixture.
Mix until smooth.
Use immediately for pie or divide into portions equal to the pie plate you will use - shape into ball(s) and wrap in plastic wrap.
This will store in the freezer indefinitely. When ready to make a pie, take dough from freezer and thaw.
