  • 1/2 cup shortening
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream or buttermilk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 cup diced rhubarb
  • 2 tsp cinnamon

Sprinkle cinnamon + sugar on top of cake. Cake better if left over night. Bake @ 350 for 35 minutes
