Muffins: Moist and Delicious Cornbread Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup self-rising cornmeal
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 (8 z) can cream-style corn
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. ombine all ingredients
and mix well. Spray muffin pan with nonstick vegetable spray. Pour mixture 3/4 full into each
muffin cup.

Bake 20 minutes.

Serve hot.
