Ingredients
- 8 C water
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 lb dried thin egg noodles or spaghetti
- 3 C chicken broth
- 1 TBLS soy sauce
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tsp water
- 2 eggs lightly beaten
- 2 green onions sliced
- 2-3 TBLS cooked ham, diced
- Oil
Preparation
Step 1
Bring the water to boil to cook the noodles/spaghetti according to pkg directions.
Bring the broth to boil. Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil. Add the cornstarch mixture last- stirring to thicken.
Cook eggs in hot oil.
Pour sauce over noodles, top with eggs, green onions and ham.
note: I add mushrooms and carrots.
