Ingredients
- 2 Cups diced chicken (cooked)
- 1 Cup diced celery
- 1 Cup cooked rice
- 1 (10 oz.) can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 Cup mayonnaise
- 1 small can of water chestnuts, diced
- 1/2 Cup sliced almonds (optional)
- Bread crumbs
- Butter

Preparation
Step 1
Mix together all ingredients except bread crumbs and butter. Put in a greased casserole dish. Sprinkle top with bread crumbs. Melt butter & drizzle over bread crumbs.
Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees or until brown & boiling.
