Cups diced chicken (cooked)
Cup diced celery
Cup cooked rice
(10 oz.) can Cream of Chicken Soup
small onion, chopped
small can of water chestnuts, diced
Cup sliced almonds (optional)
Mix together all ingredients except bread crumbs and butter. Put in a greased casserole dish. Sprinkle top with bread crumbs. Melt butter & drizzle over bread crumbs. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees or until brown & boiling.
