Ingredients
- Sift:
- 1 Cup of oil
- 2 Cups sugar
- 2 Cups pumpkin
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp. cinnamon.
- Beat together
- 2 Cups flour
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt

Step 1
Combine wet & dry ingredients. Mix well.
Pour into large cookie sheet sprayed with Pam. Bake 20-25 minutes.
ICING:
1 3/4 Cup powdered sugar
3 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 stick oleo
1 Tbsp. milk
Beat well. Add powdered sugar if too thin.
Refrigerate after frosted.
