Basalmic Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar, warmed over low heat
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard or spicy brown mustard
  • 1 cup extra virgin Italian olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • freshly ground pepper

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine the warm vinegar and mustard. Slowly whisk in olive oil until mixture becomes thick and creamy. Season with salt and pepper.
