- 1 1/2-2 lbs. eye of round steak
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
- 1 medium bell pepper
- 1 medium onion
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 2 packs Ramen Soup
- 2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil

Step 1
Dice onion & bell pepper and cut steak into small strips no more than 2 inches long. Place 1 tsp. extra virgin olive oil into sautee pan, get hot, add onion, bell pepper & garlic, stir occasionally. Break Ramen block into 4 parts and place both blocks into a pot with 4 Cups boiling water. Put 1 tsp. Evoo in frying pan and add meat; sprinkle one packet of Ramen flavor packet. Cook meat until brown. Drain mushrooms & add to sauteed bell pepper/onion. Stir until mushrooms are warm. Drain noodles and add to meat. Add sauteed vegetables to meat and noodles. Sprinkle remaining flavor packet over the meat/noodle/veggies and mix well.
