Marinated Teryaki Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • 5 oz. soy sauce
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teasoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 5 pounds chicken wings (separate drumette from wing section)

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together and marinate overnight in refrigerator.

Place wings in large frying pan and simmer on top of stove for 30 minutes covered. Remove lid and cook an additional 15 - 20 minutes stirring occasionally.
