Holiday Cheese Ball

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 4 ounces blue cheese, softened
  • 6 ounces processed cheddar cheese spread
  • 2 tbsp grated onion
  • 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup ground pecas
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley

Preparation

Step 1

In medium bowl combine cheeses, onion and worcestershire sauce.

Stir in 1/2 cup ground pecans and parsley. Chill slightly, Shape into 2 small or 1 large ball. Roll in remaining pecans. Wrap in wax paper, then foil and refrigerate overnight. May be frozen.
