Rum Raisin Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 tbsp Irish Whiskey
  • 1 tbsp plus 1 tsp light rum
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup raisins

Step 1

Combine first four ingredients in a bowl and whisk until smooth. Fold in raisins and chill in refrigerator at least 2 hours before serving.
