Ingredients

  • 2

    Cups corn flakes (crushed)

  • ¾

    Cup minced onion

  • ¼

    Cup minced green pepper

  • 2

    eggs

  • 2

    lbs. ground chuck

  • 2

    Tbsp. soy sauce

  • 2

    tsp. salt

  • 1

    Tbsp. mustard

  • ¼

    Cup milk

  • 1

    can mushroom soup

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. With fork, beat eggs slightly. Lightly mix in meat, crumbs, onions and pepper. Combine other ingredients. The secret is to mix well, but lightly. Do not pack. In a Pyrex baking dish shape meat into loaf. Bake for 50-70 minutes at 350* until done.
