Maria Tozzi Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 12 eggs, beaten
  • 1 garlic clove, grated (i like 1 clove per loaf)
  • parsely to taste (about 1/2 cup)
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 3 lbs of pork (ground or a little chunky)
  • parmasean cheese (around a cereal bowl)
  • 3 loaves of bread (crust removed and processed)

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together eggs, garlic, parsley, oil and salt and pepper to taste>

Add meat and mix to combine. (i like to add it with the eggs)

Add a handful of cheese and one of bread crumbs, alternately.

Squeeze balls to make tight.
