Ingredients
- Sauce:
- 1/2 package (8 oz.) acini de pepe (noodles)
- 2 ~ 11 oz. Cans mandarin oranges
- 1 can crushed pineapple (drain and save juice)
- 1 can pineapple tidbits (drain and save juice)
- 1 ~ 12 oz. Whipped topping
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 1 rounded tablespoon flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2/3 cup pineapple juice (reserved from cans above)

Step 1
Boil noodles, following directions. Meanwhile, combine all sauce ingredients in a medium saucepan over medium heat and whisk occasionally until it comes to a boil and thickens. Cool. (Sometimes I don’t wait until it is completely cool). When noodles are done, drain and rinse with cold water. Combine fruit and noodles and sauce and whipped topping in a large bowl. That’s It. Enjoy!!!
