Ingredients
- 1 lb hamburger
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 3/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 (8 3/4 ounce) can kidney beans, drained
- 1/2 lb Velveeta Mexican cheese, cubed
- 8 6-inch flour tortillas
- oil
- 1/2 cup chopped tomato
Preparation
Step 1
Brown meat, Drain. Add tomato sauce and 1/2 cup peppers. Cook over meduim heat 5 minutes. Add beans and 1/4 lb. mexican cheese; continue cooking until cheese melts. Dip tortilla in hot oil; drain. Fill each tortilla with 1/4 cup meat mixture and roll up. Place seam down in 12X8 greased baking dish. Top with remaining meat mixture; cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Top with remaining cheese. Continue baking uncovered 5-8 minutes until cheese is melted. Top with remaining peppers and tomatoes.
