Ingredients

  • 1 can unmarinated artichoke
  • 1/2 c mayonnaise
  • 1 c grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • paprika
  • crackers for dipping

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350.
Drain water from artichokes and mash.
Mix all ingredients together.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
Serve with crackers.
