Ingredients
- Cake:
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1/3 cup oil or 3/4 cup canned punkin
- 1/2 cup sugar or splenda
- 4 eggs or 1 egg and 3 egg whites
- 8 oz sour cream (light or fat free)
- 1 cup brown sugar or splenda blend
- 4 tsp cinnamon
- Glaze (pour on warm cake):
- 1/2 box powdered sugar (about 1 cup sugar & 1 cup splenda)
- 1/2 stick melted butter
- warm milk (add to paste consistency), may add a little fat free cream cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Cake:
Mix oil, sugar & egg. Add sour cream and cake mix. Mix well. Pour into 9X13 pan coated with cooking spray. Mix brown sugar & cinnamon. Pour on top of cake and swirl into it. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes
